III. Reservation rules:

1. Open hours:8:30-21:00

2. Instructions:

1)  Make your reservation 5 days in advance for a seminar lasting 60 to 180 minutes.

2) Please fill in the user information as required as well as the reasons for your request. Upload your supporting files.

3. Verification rules

1) All spaces should be reserved online and verified by staff before they can be used. The verification hours are 8:30-21:00.

2) During the open hours, verification will be within 120 minutes.

3) Outside the open hours, verification will be within 120 minutes after the library opens.

 

IV.Using Spaces

1. Please arrive and swipe the SUIBE card (or scan through the Wechat) to open the door within 15 minutes before or after the reservation time.  All persons applied for the reservation should sign in.

2. If you require to use the facilities in the seminar room, please register at the nearby reference desk.  Keep the facility properly and return after use.

3. Please notice the time and avoid overtime.  Switch off all the facilities (including the lights). Leave the room timely and sign off by the main person who made the reservation.

 

V. Point Based System

The reservation system is point based.  After registration, the user is initially credited five points.  One point will be deducted for penalty for each violation of the sign-in rule (failing to sign in within 15 minutes before or after the reservation time).
